- The open tanks are available in sizes from 1,000 - 9,000 liters. All tanks from 2,000 liters consist of an open container with a stable upper edge made of square tube (40 x 40 mm). They can be used as always-full tanks. Tanks with a double jacket for heating or cooling have R1" connections at the rear. All tanks have a 540 x 420 mm manhole, which is installed at floor level for mash discharge. The door opens upwards and can be fixed at the top.
- The closed tanks are available in sizes from 3,000 to 15,000 liters. Cylinder with immersion paddle mounted in the middle of the tank. Easy installation due to NW65 connection and 4 tie rods. Diameter of the paddle adapted to the tank diameter. Dome 400 mm diameter with central NW50 vent connection for easy filling, second NW65 connection in the middle of the lid for venting or for connecting the circular surge. For tanks with a double jacket for heating or cooling, the R1" connections are located at the rear. The cooling/heating jacket extends to the bottom of the tank. The tanks have a 540 x 420 mm manhole, which is installed at floor level to facilitate mash discharge. The door opens upwards and can be fixed in the open position.
The open tanks can be equipped with the immersion paddle developed by us, which ensures gentle processing of grapes and mash
In the closed tanks, the dipping paddle is mounted on the tank as a fixed unit, but can be easily removed after fermentation if required.
