Sorting and placement capacity up to 3000 lids/h
Precise application of the closure to the bottle neck finish
No vibrations and loud background noise as with other sorting systems.
Operation independent of control signals, bottle transport screws or cycle stars of the capping machine
Convenient adjustment to the bottle height thanks to the integrated height adjustment of the sorting support, which is supported by a gas spring

Ideal for upgrading existing systems to LongCap closures
KTM quick-change console for fast mounting and dismounting
Adaptation to various LongCap formats (such as Ø28x44mm, Ø30x60mm, Ø31.5x44) by quickly replacing just a few components
